2-4 YEARS

A unique method, the flagship of our activities dedicated to children.

Training that aims to develop self-confidence, respect for the rules, basic motor patterns and coordination skills thanks to play and aggregation.

4-6 YEARS

Motor skills, use of small tools, coordination and balance. A first playful approach to martial arts and its rules.

A path that begins with the white belt and does not end with the black belt, but with psychophysical well-being.

7-12 ANNNI

Practice a sport, know, respect and apply the rules of kick boxing with attention to the general development of one's body and integration with one's teammates.

4-6 YEARS

Our little gymnasts acquire awareness of their own bodies, they develop self-confidence and learn basic movement patterns, through the creation of musical choreographies and the use of rhythmic gymnastics tools (rope, circle, ball and ribbon) and artistic gymnastics (grass, trampoline).

6-8 YEARS

The first steps towards the elegant world of small apparatus gymnastics (rope, circle, ball, tape clubs).

Little gymnasts learn to know themselves through play, they develop balance and coordination.

8-12 YEARS

Rope, circle, ball, clubs and tape accompany the choreographies to the rhythm of the music.

Each little girl is followed in her individuality and is stimulated to express herself through body movements.

8-18 YEARS

Free body choreography or with the help of the five gymnastics tools, rhythm, elegance, synchronicity and coordination.

Everything is ready to be able to participate in the races and try to conquer a step on the podium!

6-8 YEARS

Free body, beam and vault.

Through the game, between flips, wheels and fun courses the little gymnasts learn to know their own body and gain self-confidence.

8-12 YEARS

Equilibrium, stunt, dexterity and speed.
The first steps towards large apparatus gymnastics.

8-15 YEARS

Artistic gymnastics in its purity… now we are ready to face the first competitions!
